Post and panel signs are made to order, with sizes tailored to location and viewing distance. Typical specifications include:
600 x 450 mm, suitable for parking bays or site entrances
1000 x 750 mm or 1200 x 1000 mm, used for directional signage on campuses or estates
2400 x 1200 mm, popular for retail parks and roadside branding
custom builds up to 3000 mm wide for construction site boards or business parks
contour-cut vinyl graphics for logos, lettering and wayfinding symbols
Panel thickness is usually 3–5 mm for ACM, with optional 10 mm foamex for temporary signage. Post diameters range from 60–100 mm depending on size and wind load. Posts can be surface mounted, concreted into the ground, or set in sleeves for easy replacement.

Panels are supplied pre-drilled and posts are delivered ready for installation. Posts are secured either in concrete foundations or bolted to hardstanding. Panels are then fixed to the posts with clamps or brackets. Our installation team can carry out the full process, including groundworks, if required.

Putting up a banner doesn’t take long. Start by fixing it evenly across the top and bottom using the supplied fittings. For ceiling or lamp post installations, follow the instructions provided with the kit to ensure a safe and secure fit.
